I asked for a hard massage, the pressure was great

Whenever I enter Hand and Stone I’m always greeted by friendly staff. I don’t have long wait times, whether I’m right on time or early. I feel comfortable in the atmosphere and my massage therapist make sure I’m comfortable and taken care of.

Jade is a very good esthetician. She is very knowledgeable and made sure to answer all my questions. She was very positive and seems very happy to be working at hand and stone.

Ambiance was relaxing and therapist August was professional and courteous

From scheduling my appointment over the phone, to receiving information on transferring my credit and how many credits I have was a seamless experience. Tiara was helpful upon walking in and Donte gave me an amazing massage, I didn’t want it to end!

Although at times it feels cut short, my therapist is very skilled. She listens to my wishes, adapts the session to my needs. One of the things that makes me feel very comfortable is that she knows how to properly tuck the sheet when shifting it. I never feel like there is a possibility of accidental exposure like I have with other therapists.

Every staff member is so talented m. Anthony, August, Paris and Laura made me life better after encountering them.

Hailey is the best esthetician ever; I enjoy our conversations and she is well versed on skincare. The receptionists are always very warm and welcoming and always give compliments when I leave. It is a very friendly environment and they consistently deliver top notch service.
