The business is conveniently located in a great district-Carytown. The facility is lovely and relaxing (great lighting, hint of aromatherapy, etc). The staff is knowledgeable about their profession. They are able to make recommendations to care for my skin between appointments. Because I feel welcomed by staff I will continue to keep my membership.

Tory was wonderful, facial was very relaxing and she was friendly, knowledgeable and it was a great first time facial.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent at hand and stone. My skin felt so clean and bright when I left. I will be back for more very soon!

The reception personnel are always attentive and welcoming, this visit was no different. Rosa, the therapist I now see exclusively, is sweet, friendly and professional. She genuinely listens to what I would like for her to work on and she ensures the massage she provides addresses all of the areas we discussed. You should probably pay her more, she is one in a million. For real.

For my first visit, everyone was very nice and welcoming. The Facial Tec( Lorea ) was so nice and made me feel so relaxed. I've been to other spa and have had facials but at Hand and Stone, it really felt like my face was worked on, smooth, bright, and clean.

Everything from booking the appointment, to the waiting room atmosphere, and finally the massage itself, was excellent and high enjoyable.

I appreciate how the front desk receptionists help me to feel welcome everytime I come into this location. They are patient, professional and approachable. The massage therapists have all been a dream to work with and make me feel safe, cared for and relaxed. I will absolutely be coming back and suggest Hand & Stone to all my friends!

Courtney was knowledgeable with her techniques and used just the right amount of pressure to alleviate my pain. She made sure to focus on the areas we talked about. I just wish I had more time!
