I’m usually pleased with my experiences. When asked to change pressure, it was done quickly and Tyler was excellent. The spa is clean, friendly staff, and I enjoy the ambiance.

Rosa Marie is my favorite. I love her attention to detail and she’s got great hands that are always able to tell where I need the most attention. I’m always happy with her massages.

Richard (I think) was a great therapist. VEry knowledgeable and good pressure. I was recommended this by my daughter who is a frequent customer. Thanks for the great experience. :)

Matt at carytown is the absolute best, I don’t see anyone else because of his talent

My therapist was amazing! I was frustrated for a while because my therapists kept leaving but I have had her before and was so excited to have her again that I booked another apt in 2 weeks with her! I feel like the staff is constantly changing which is a downside and sometimes the apt starts late and still ends 10 minutes before the hour so my message only ends up being 40 minutes. I felt my therapist this time also listened to my concerns and troubled areas and was able to tend to those while also giving me the full experience.
