My appointment with Jamaica was excellent. She was attentive to my needs, knowledgeable about my issues, communicative about the process, and proceeded with calm authority. Matt is exceptional but it is difficult to get an appointment with him. I wish that I could get a message with him twice a month and am lucky if I can get an appointment once every three months. It is difficult for me to schedule appointments so far in advance because of my ever-changing schedule.
