Both the esthetician and massage therapist were knowledgable and well trained. They both listened to the concerns and areas of need I had and worked on me accordingly. I would recommend both ladies for services.

I booked my appointment by phone and received reminders via text and phone call. Daileen was so soothing and put me at ease and helped me make decisions for my appointment. The massage was fantastic and it really helped me relax. The receptionists were kind and professional and really made me feel welcome.

I have had a recent injury to my right leg that has been causing me to limp a little to compensate when I walk. The therapist focused on that right leg for most of the massage and I felt better walking that night than I had in several days. It was really great and exactly what I needed and why I came in the first place to see if would help me and it did. I felt like it was more effective the Physical Therapy sessions that I have been doing over past several weeks.

The fee for canceling is prohibitive and very frustrating. I recently canceled an appointment the day before due to bad weather expected the next day. I called to call at at 6:15 pm to cancel a 6 pm appointment the next day and was charged. I kept my membership going during COVID even though I couldn’t come for over a year due to cancer treatments. My doctors cancellation policies aren’t as rigid as yours. Please reconsider to just the day before. That 30 dollars Is almost half the visit and seems really unfair.

Rose listened to me talk about my specific issue and was open to what I felt I needed. We came to understand each other and what would be the plan. Rose did exactly what I was hoping and I left feeling like I had been heard. I hope to have Rose again.

The staff were masked, only lowering the mask when alone. The facility appeared clean. The therapist was attentive to my needs for problem areas.

Matt was amazing and knew exactly how to help relieve the stress in my neck and soldiers. Everyone is super accomodations and friendly.
