Madison was incredible! This was just my second facial ever and my first one at this location and she made me feel at ease and was super engaging and informative. I already booked my next one with her. She is the epitome of excellent customer service. Also, the ladies upfront were super kind and welcoming. The membership was explained thoroughly and I had no questions signing up!
