Everyone is very friendly. The therapist i had on Dec 28 was very good. All the therapists I have had in the past have been good as well.

The entire spa is immaculately clean and smells fresh and pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful. My massage therapist communicated clearly, was knowledgeable, and overall fantastic.

• I loved The masseuse, Bonita. Bonita was kinda, patient, and intuitively knew the right pressure. Bonita was a very good communicator and would check on me or ask if pressure was ok, etc. Loved her!!! • I also loved the receptionist, she was very kind and informative, answering my inquiry about membership. Very helpful and efficient! Five stars!! • The products on the walls were beautifully set up and the aesthetic of the lobby and massage room were soooo calming. I will be back again and may become a member at the Carytown location!! Many thanks Hand & Stone 💛 You are a great team!!

Recently, I was thinking about cancelling my membership because I could not find a therapist that was a good fit, but luckily I found Alexsis who is beyond amazing.I will definitely be back to see her. The overall atmosphere at my HnS seems improved since the last few times.

Rosa was my massage therapist and was absolutely phenomenal. This was truly one of the best massages I’ve received ever. She did her best to give me the maximum amount of time and knew exactly how to work on the difficult knots in my shoulders and back. If I weren’t canceling my membership for personal financial reasons I would absolutely book a monthly massage with her!

Rosa Marie, the therapist, was excellent. I hope she stays at this location for long while. I have seen good therapists come and go out of this location and a few have been great and a few have been average to bad. The massage I got prior to this one was horrific and I am glad this new therapist made up for that previous bad experience.

The esthetician was very friendly and very thorough. I'd like that she asked me some questions but wasn't pushy about products. It was a very fun and enjoyable experience and my skin felt and looked great when I left.

My regular therapist recently quit and I was a little nervous about finding a new one. Taylor was fantastic and actually was an upgrade from the therapist I have been seeing for over 2 years.
