Maddie was fabulous! Experienced, professional, knowledgeable and provided an overall excellent service with outstanding results!!! The front desk were gracious, welcoming, and very professional from beginning to end. And the store looked very appealing, clean, and relaxing.

Excellent reception and ambiance, clean and safe, extremely polite, warm, courteous, and knowledgeable. Only qualm is online form was confusing due to multiple questions regarding services I was not scheduled to receive (massage/pre-natal massage/etc). Overall, a perfect experience!

Elexxis was an excellent masseuse and really spent a lot of time massaging my neck and shoulders as requested.

Please change the room music. It glitches and randomly stops and starts. Could we have some choice in music, or at least a new playlist? Thank you!

Best massage therapist I’ve had at hand and stone. Very relaxing. Perfect pressure. Focused on where my pain was. Taylor was great.
