It was a great experience. Tiara was friendly, great at her craft and professional. Reception was friendly and efficient.

I really like the two recent therapists I've seen (Chelsea and Taylor), but my appointments with Chelsea have been cancelled even though I've booked them out several months in advance and Taylor is not available on Mondays (my preferred appointment time).

The esthetician was very professional and wore a mask the entire time. She did an awesome job with the facial! The receptionist was not wearing a mask. Hand and Stone should be following community guidelines and require masks indoors even if vaxed.

Matt was awesome and it was one of the best therapeutic massages I've ever had.

The massage therapist not only asked about what areas were bothering me at the time, but followed up on previous problem areas and what I was looking for that day. After getting started he recommended focusing the massage on a problem area and explained why, etc.

I hadn’t been happy with previous therapists and availability of appointments and almost quit, however Taylor was so great I will keep membership

The lady who did my facial had so much knowledge and helped me figure out a whole knew skin care routine. I signed up for the membership and the lady and the front desk mad it so quick and easy. I also got recommended some products and am loving them so far!

The massage was very catered to my body’s needs.

The massage therapist did a great job with working out knots & my problem areas. One of the best massages that I’ve ever had.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming (receptionist and massage therapist). Massage therapist assessed my preferences - type of pressure, heated table on or off, etc. and offered feedback regarding continued treatment based upon problem areas.
