Enjoyed my massage treatment, it made me relax and the therapist addressed all my complaints. I made another massage appointment for the end of June with the same therapist. I also have a facial coming I hope it’s as good!

Chelsea just always makes me feel relaxed and her pressure during deep tissue massages is perfect and consistent every time. It is no surprise that her schedule is normally pretty full when it comes time to make appointments. I had just lost my dog of 13+ years the day before my massage and it was [selfishly] exactly what I needed. I enjoy talking back and forth with my masseuse and Chelsea doesn't typically talk, but that was just perfectly fine on this particular visit. Reception is always very welcoming and knowledgeable.

My therapist honed in on the areas I had problems with and adequately focused on them. He even demonstrated stretches I can do to help in the interim before the next session. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled massage therapy.

For several years now I have had a Hand and Stone membership, exclusively using the Carytown location. With very few exceptions I have been pleased with the facials and massages I have received there. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and appear to enjoy their jobs. Recently there has been quite a bit of turnover in the staff for reasons I do not know. This is somewhat concerning, but so far the newer staff is providing a good experience.

Hope is an excellent massage therapist. It was the most relaxed I've ever been during a massage.
