My massage therapist is absolutely amazing. He is super friendly, conversation is wonderful and relaxed, and I can listen to my own music during my massage. His technique and pressure are so relaxing and perfect.

From the moment I walked in, I knew that the team was genuinely invested in ensuring that I had a smooth visit. The front desk associates were warm, attentive and kind. Paperwork was easy, and the waiting area was relaxing. My massage therapist was probably the best massage therapist I’ve had since moving to Richmond. Not only did he do great with pressure and technique, it felt like his hands knew exactly what to do when they hit a problem area. He was well versed in anatomy and able to explain why I was likely feeling what I was in my neck and shoulders. I appreciated his experience with athletes as it definitely translated into a great massage that met my needs. I think his name was Breonte. He also didn’t talk too much beyond relevant questions and providing relevant information around his experience as a massage therapist that added value to my experience. I signed up for a membership as I left because I was so relaxed. Also this place is so much better than some other nationwide competitors who are less than professional and caring when you call them. (Cough cough rhymes with Visage Fenvy)

This was my very first experience at Hand and Stone and I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The staff was very pleasant and my massage therapist was amazing. He was obviously very qualified and that is why I decided to move forward with the membership process. I am looking forward to my next appointment!
