Hand and Stone

My therapist Jackie was well informed and very methodical. Definitely will come back to Carytown.

This visit was my second visit with Hand and Stone, as well as Jessica. The receptionists during both visits were highly knowledgeable regarding the type of massage I should receive based on my exercise/complaints. Jessica has done an incredible job during both sessions focusing on my trigger points and relieving stress from areas where I hold a lot of tension.

Oh,one woman just walked in without getting her temperature checked and said “I’M GOING TO THE BATHROOM” and it scared me because everyone gets their temperature checked. I was checking out at the desk, so I saw it. It’s not my job to police “Karens” who are rude and say that she needs to get her temperature checked. Rules are rules. Check in was a breeze! Temperature check was easy, wore my mask during my session! Teg is a great massage therapist and worked a small miracle on my shoulder blades. We even had a laugh. Everything was clean and reception had cute signs that said, “Let’s socially distance!” in a few of the chairs. Overall, excellent.

It has been awhile since I have been in due to COVID-19. I had a new therapist and she took the time to get to know me and where I left off back in February. We discussed thoroughly where we go from here. Before I left she had a plan in place for my future treatments.

Jackie is fantastic! She always does a fantastic job meeting all of my needs, especially when I have a problem area. She is very knowledgeable, and can tell when I need more work in one area even if I forget to mention it!

The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The service was very effective in relieving my tension. The therapist was responsive to my needs. Good value for the money!

Deg is the BEST masseuse! I have been going to him for many months, and am always satisfied with his service. While COVID-19 has impacted SO much, his professionalism and skill left me feeling safe/comfortable, in spite of COVID.
