Good value for the service provided; although the pricing was confusing and I ended up paying more than what I was originally told when booking the appointment.

Jackie was amazing!!!! Everyone was super welcoming and I felt very safe and comfortable!!!

I felt very relaxed when I entered. My massage therapist Deg Fuller was excellent and friendly. I didnt feel pressured upon leaving.

My therapist was great. Check in was good, but check out was a bit clustered and unorganized. Too many transactions and people too close to me. Also during COVID I think communication from the intake or therapist on how the tables and rooms are being cleaned is important. I received a broad statement that rooms where cleaned in between guests but no further explanation on how or how thoroughly.

Hayes gave me my first trigger point massage and it was wonderful! First she explained trigger point therapy and what I should expect. Then she found the problem areas in my back and really worked them. I felt so good that I booked another appointment for later this week. The receptionist, Taylor had been on the job for just that week and was a customer service natural! All in all, a very satisfying visit.

My therapist was really good. She did a great job pinpointing my pain points and working them well. I would like to have her again, so I need to find out her name! I think it was Abigail.

I enjoy having monthly appointments at hand and stone. I typically indulge in facials, but I was so surprised with how helpful a massage was for my body. Thank you all for what you do to provide me a service that helps support my lifestyle!

This branch is a well oiled machine. Very calm, peaceful, and clean. I adore Jackie, my therapist. She's incredibly skilled and her personality is just wonderful. I think massages could be a tad longer like other places offer (60 vs 45 minutes). Unfortunately the toilets of the business next door share a wall with the rooms I'm typically in. I've learned to mostly mentally ignore it. I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered!!

I was extremely nervous about getting a massage, being so close to people, but everyone and everything was very professional. Everyone wore masks, nothing was done that made me concerned.
