I always feel very welcome. The place is very clean. Massage therapist was very good and listened to me regarding what I needed help on.

This is my first time having a massage membership and I love it. Hand and stone makes me feel welcome and relaxed every visit. I love how easy it is to book appointments using the app

Improvements you need to improve to match your competitors. 1. The app. It's the worst app I have ever tried to use. 2. When you issue a complimentary gift card or credit it should not have an expiration date!

Lauren gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! Her knowledge of skincare was impressive. Not only was her knowledge impressive but as well as her skills for making her client so comfortable. She was gentle and knows what she’s doing!!
