The customer service is excellent and Chelsea is an amazing therapist! I seek treatment for severe tension and pain in my shoulders and back and she does a great job to relieve this!

I appreciated the gentleman at the font desk. He was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. I've had negative experiences at other local spas and I'm grateful for a first interaction with staff that know what customer service is all about. Paula was wonderful and my facial service was lovely! She was also very kind and made me comfortable. The room was a comfortable temperature, as well as the bed. It might sound like that would be an obvious thing to have, but other spas have indeed missed the mark.

Received a facial and a 50-min massage. Both the esthetician and masseuse were very friendly and cared that my needs were met and surpassed. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in months. I intend to return to the same hand and stone in the near future to receive both services again.

I enjoyed my massage and felt like my therapist paid attention to what aches and pains I have. She did a great job and giving an overall enjoyable massage and made me feel very comfortable.
