Luckily I discovered a week in advance that the appointments we scheduled about a month before were not in the system. When I mentioned this to the receptionist she immediately turned me over to her manager who set us up with appointments just two hours later than our original appointments and with our preferred therapists. Additionally, she threw in upgrades for both of us and we each had a wonderful experience that evening.

Lynette is the best. She gave me a wonderful facial and insight into how best to care for my skin. Because of my experience with her, I signed up for a membership immediately.

My therapist, Chelsea, is very professional and courteous. She listens to what my concerns are and always addresses the problem areas effectively. The reception crew is always kind and eager to help book any appointments.

Sherwin was my therapist and he listened to me and understood exactly what kind of pain I was having. He treated my areas of concern and proved he was very knowledgeable.

The main reason I was highly satisfied was that they answered the phone. I have called many times and no one has answered and calls are not returned. I have gone somewhere else. Message was great too. Sherwin did a great job.

My therapist asked about my specific areas of discomfort. He gave this area the most attention. He checked in periodically to ensure the pressure was acceptable.

December is a terrific masseuse and lovely, caring person. She goes out of her way to make me and my husband feel better and to promote our health. The staff overall is very friendly and welcoming. However,there is too much turnover which creates more training ramp-up time and confusion over services plus new staff takes a while to get to know the "regulars" like us.
