I made an appointment online and followed up by phone to confirm, since I didn't get a confirmation The receptionist was very helpful and set up an appointment for a couples massage in a relatively soon after I called. Receptionist and m. Therapists were both accomodating. They spent time to discuss problem areas and made a point to work those areas. I had requested Hymalayan salt. We both enjoyed it It was a wonder experience.

The quality of the service depends upon the therapist. Both December and Lita are exceptionally knowledgeable and talented in what they do plus both are very friendly and customer-oriented. I just wish there were more nighttime or weekend times available. Going in the middle of the day interrupts productive work time for me.

Jacqueline is a great massage therapist who always listens and addresses my needs. My only complaint is that the system for booking online is terrible, you really need to change it.

Troy is an excellentt massage therapist. Hand & Stone is a very good facility with wonderful and friendly people. Highly recommend!

Reception was very helpful and friendly. MT was wonderful and worked very hard.

Ashley was AMAZING!! Professional and effective. My only issue is that is it REALLY hard to get an appointment without significant advanced planning. I have a membership and haven't been able to use it like I would like due inavailability

I was able to easily book my appointment. I have fully enjoyed my massages and am grateful for the excellent massage therapist I have. The reception area and massage area are incredibly relaxing. Just walking into the building calms me.

Annelise was amazing. It was literally the best massage I have ever had. She had the perfect combination of firm but gentle. I felt like I had died and gone to heaven. I was so relaxed I was afraid I wouldn't be able to drive home !! This is the first time I have understood the word "therapist" in the phrase massage therapist. She made my whole body feel so much better ! I immediately booked a return appointment for May, just after my son's college graduation. Can't wait to come back !

Great services. Friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere.

My therapist was excellent, but evidently my appointment was at a “shift change”. That made that appt start late for whatever reason. The therapist handled it well, the reception staff never said anything nor apologized. It was not a big deal and I was able to have the full 50 min massage. But it sounds like there may be a better way to address shift changes with customers and therapists.
