David is wonderful! I really enjoy his manner and always feel very pampered when I leave. I also can tell a world of difference in my skin. One comment - the website is a little difficult to use for booking appointments. It would be great if it was more user friendly.

Jackie is the best! Check in and check out folks super friendly and helpful. Nice clean spa, good experience. Would love a bottled water at the end versus paper cup - even a small one. Just a suggestion, thanks again!

This was the first sea salt massage for me. I liked the hot stones and the therapeutic parts of the massage.

This is my favorite hand and stone to go to because everyone is ALWAYS kind. I feel very welcomed and they are willing to work with me and help me when needed. They also always are able to answer the phone and they get back with me the same day if I leave a message. Thanks guys!

I always enjoy my visits to Hand and Stone. The massage therapist I had on this visit was very nice and used some good pressure point techniques that seemed to release some tension. I typically prefer a harder pressure, and I should have been more clear about that when telling her about my problem areas. I would certainly recommend her to someone who prefers lighter pressure.

If you advertise a 50 minute massage but it takes a few minutes to talk with the therapist and get undressed. You have lost 7 minutes of your massage time as they stop promptly. I loved my therapist this time she was wonderful and did exactly as I asked but I also think you you should not have just one person train all therapist. They should be able to use their own techniques. My first 4 massages with other therapist were horrible. They were sporadic on and off and just not a fluid massage. I then learned you have someone train and observe them. Allow your therapist to develop their own style for the customer. I give extra kudos to December, Leeds and Lynette as they are the only reason I continue my membership.
