The esthetician made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. My appointment was kept on schedule and I was done within the time allotted. The appointment times are flexible and fit my schedule

The massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job. The water feature is so relaxing, in the waiting area. The overall ambience is great!

I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in the door. The coconut water I was offered was cold and a nice touch. The Massage therapist was very friendly and checked throughout the massage to see if the pressure was good and if I was comfortable. She was very professional.

Ever thankful to my friend, Jacqueline, who referred me to December for a therapist. I have major joint issues and currently no health insurance, so December is my "physical therapist" to help loose tight joints and relieve pressure on lower back, hips, and upper legs. She is kind, courteous, most knowledgeable and perfect match for me.

Excellent massage therapists. I am a member and live closer to another H&S but travel the extra few miles for the staff at Carytown. Never had a bad (or even just an "ok") experience with anyone there.
