Very friendly staff & wonderful massage therapist. I tell Diamond my needs & expectations & she meets or exceeds every time. Always on time as well.

Very professional. Felt great and was able to get an appointment quickly. Matt is an amazing message therapist and I recommend him and hand and stone to all my nurse/ hospital friends.

The manager Mary was very effective in finding me the right massage therapist since I have multiple health issues & need to be careful. The therapist December was excellent. Really listened, was sensitive to my needs & mood, & had a wonderful firm yet gentle touch. She was very intuitive, caring & knowledgeable re my body & needs. My main critique is that an hour massage at H&S is not really an hour due to having to talk in advance each time since body needs vary from visit to visit. Thus an "hour" massage is in reality usually only 40-45 minutes. Also it is very jarring to be totally relaxed & then to have to jump off the table, rush to get dressed & then dash out of the room. I have had many massages over the years & most of the places I have gone allow 10-15 minutes AFTER the 1 hr massage for room set-up as well as give time to the therapist to mentally & physically get ready for the next client. Thus an hr is really an hr. These are important issues & are the main reasons I have had very few massages at H&S although I do come regularly for facials where the process is much more relaxed. In sum, I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT H&S RETHINK ITS APPROACH TO THE MASSAGE PROCESS.

Chelsea always goes right to my problem areas. She knows just what to do to ease my soreness, and she goes about it in a thoroughly relaxing way from the moment she calls my name until the time she drops me off at the desk at the end. She is friendly without wasting any time on chatter.

The receptionists were both extremely friend and Jessica did a great job with the massage

I am always happy with all the services at Hand and Stone. I have been a member for 3 years and have only received one massage that I was not 100% happy with. The staff and surroundings are always 100% professional and welcoming, and I initially chose Hand and Stone over Massage Envy because they did NOT pressure me to join, though they did offer nicely.
