Very professional, very friendly, very personable!!!

Molly is wonderful. She is kind, quiet, thorough, and very intuitive with areas of tension (some I didn’t even know I had!). She communicates with ease and has a very peaceful and soothing voice. I do not know the name of the receptionist, but he had glasses on and was so, so kind - I was very relaxed and out of it after my massage and apparently was short on my gift card, but he made sure it was covered, thus keeping me in my relaxed state. That was very, very excellent customer service and something I will never forget! Thank you H&S!

My therapist, Joshua, is excellent.

Jacqueline is great and the reception staff is always friendly. My only issue with hand and stone is the website. It is really difficult to book an appointment and frequently doesn’t work correctly.

Wes is amazing and is very attentive. He worked out my problem spots and gave me the stress relief I needed. Facial was amazing as well. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep twice!

I have really enjoyed my experience at Hand & Stone. I have been several times to see the same person and she has done wonders for my back.

As a first time customer, I was welcomed and greeted with a very friendly staff and accommodated my questions with much satisfaction. I did not feel any pressure on joining or additional purchases at this time. My esthetician (Lita) was absolutely wonderful and brought my skin back to life! It has been awhile since my last facial. I actually forgot how important it is. I will most definitely return. It was so much fun and so relaxing. I totally enjoyed it! Thank you!!!

Matt was fantastic - he listened to my needs and addressed them promptly and extremely well. Was also efficient considering I was running late due to the reschedule of my appt running into a previous engagement.
