My experience met my expectations. The staff was friendly but let receptionists know customer service is key, smile and make people feel welcome and happy and offer your products even if a customer don’t buy-still market and greet people with an inviting voice and tone not just to regular customers. My therapist was very responsive to my requests and did a great job. I was happy with my massage, as I usually am when I go to Hand and Stone.

This is a great service and a good price. I would like to see an easier online way to book appointments. Calling is inconvenient. The current system of emailing and having something get back to you sort of defeats the purpose of having online booking. This truely limits my ability to use my package and may impact my decision to keep it going -- but it were more convenient (even if they didn't have more availability) I don't see myself letting it go.

C'Asha is awesome and her customer service is outstanding! The ladies in the front were very welcoming and the vibe in the foyer was relaxing. The facility was clean and everyone I interacted with had a smile.

I have always liked this Hand and Stone more than any other massage place in Richmond. The wait is short, the staff is extra friendly and professional and never pushed the products or the sales end too much. Other massage places have friendly staffs who are always trying to sell something. It was the low-key approach that made me want to join, which I did. Then I discovered Michael, who was the best therapist I have ever had in 10 years of getting massages. My last two massages were with Emma, who was excellent. I have never had anything negative or annoying happen - always have a great experience at Hand and Stone. This branch seems to be very attentive to the individual and not cookie-cutter corporate behavior like other places. The one time I had a concern, it was addressed properly and I was listened to and the issue was corrected above and beyond what was necessary. THe therapists pay attention to preferences and are very knowledgeable and skilled.
