Therapist did excellent job and was courteous while maintaining quiet relaxing atmosphere.

I've been really happy with every massage I've gotten since signing up for the membership. The only add-on that I've had that I wasn't really happy with was the cranial sacro therapy, which I felt was because the therapist I used at that visit might not have bene trained on it. But everything else has been great.

This was my first time coming to Hand and Stone. My overall experience was wonderful. Jade is a great estestician and she gave me one of the best facials I’ve ever had. My skin the past few days still looks and feels great which has not been my experience with some previous facials. The receptionist also told me there are Hand and Stone locations in my home state. I did not purchase a monthly plan only because I want to visit a location back home first and make sure it’s as good as this one.

Everyone at the reception desk are always very pleasant. My esthetician is outstanding. She is friendly and performs an amazing facial. She is always trying something new to improve my skin. She is top notch!!

The masseuse was incredible (I cannot remember his name!) He was friendly and asked about my problem areas and addressed everything. The front area is always polite and courteous. I usually only get facials but I will add massages to the rotation as well.

For my first facial ever it was a great experience and feels so relaxing.
