I walked in and they knew who I was. They offered water while I waited. The wait time for the therapist was very short. Asked if I had any questions or needed to use the restroom before starting. She asked if the pressure was okay.

I love the reception I receive upon entering. The waiting room is soothing. My body has improved since having monthly massages. Love my massage therapist

The staff at Hand & Stone in Carytown is always pleasant. Adding to this norm was that on my latest visit the receptionist noticed that I just had a birthday and wished me a belated birthday. Also, the primary reason I am a member and will continue to be so is because of therapist, Heidi Stephens. Heidi is professional, great at what she does, and always ensures my problem areas are addressed.

Wes is very good at what he does (massage). My problem at reception related to scheduling a different type of appointment- the receptionist was not aware of an esthetician that is no longer with the store.

My expierence here is always fantastic. The only two opportunities I see for improvement would be offering massage oils to take home and I would love to see my massage therapist more available. Ashley is fantastic!!!

The reason I would return to hand and stone on Cary Street is the therapist December. I tried 2 other therapists who did not follow my instructions or attempt to do what I ask. It is the therapist December who keeps me coming back to Carytown hand and Stone.

My massage therapist was one of the bet I have ever encountered - his knowledge was impressive, but he did not waste too much time explaining everything. I will be a very loyal customer of his, so long as I live near this location.

My massage was excellent! The therapist talked to me briefly beforehand to help me understand my options with deep tissue massage and I went for it, and did not regret it! She did an excellent job, I even had to use my card to provide gratuity because I did not bring enough cash for an experience that great!
