Hand and Stone

The Nansemond Hand and Stone seems to have less available appointments online recently. I know booking earlier will alleviate this problem, but I often don't know if i'll have time until the week before and lately those spots have all been taken. Other than that I love Hand and Stone. Reception to therapists are all wonderful and professional.

Everything was great

All of the representatives were very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is always very calming and welcoming. Heidi is a wonderful massage therapist that I often recommend to others!

Paid for aromatherapy but only brought it out twice in 80 minute massage.

The customer experience starts immediately upon walking into the spa. The receptionists are always smiling and welcoming. My massage therapist, Matt Domer, continues the experience by being prompt, professional, and paying special attention to my current needs, as well as spending time on my chronic issues.

Been a member for 3 months now. I had David for the first time and it was the best message I’ve ever had. I will definitely be using him again. My facial was equally as amazing and she gave me a lot of info exactly what I was looking for. I will also be using her again in the future!!

My therapist was very friendly and positive and listened to me when I explained my current medical situations. I felt confident she would be very careful. I was very comfortable in the room: the lighting, the warmth, the music was low.

I’ve always been extremely pleased with my experience at Hand and Stone. I’m flushed with immediate relaxation the moment I walk into the spa because of the ambaince and past experiences, reminding me that I really can let go and my body instinctively relaxes. I love this place!
