I had a specific problem. Receptionist and Massage Therapist were very accommodating to assist me, as I was in a lot of pain. I felt much better after the treatment.

The RMT I had was excellent. I just find H&S getting expensive compared to Massage Addict which gives a full 60 minute massage. I would be more likely to stay with H&S if you moved to 60 min massages

The staff was friendly and professional. The service was good. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely come back.

Professional and well trained massage therapist and easy to get appointments

I was unfortunately late for my appointment but my esthetician was kind and understanding. She provided a very nice, refreshing facial and was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to understand my skin as I had several questions about it's condition and care. Also, the room was also not too small and was well lit which I prefer. I will definitely return in a few months time to enjoy another facial. Thank you.

I always appreciate the massage therapist. They always ask questions to make sure I'm comfortable and the pressure is good. The ambiance is always lovely and it all feels clean and fresh.
