I had a fantastic experience during my visit on March 22, 2017. I actually wrote a review already because I was so impressed with the service, the staff, the treatment and the service were wonderful. I highly recommend this Hand and Stone location.

My therapist Joseph was very skilled at finding my troublesome areas and his treatment has had a lasting effect.

Ambiance was good. Massage therapist applied good pressure. Only negative was mentioned lower back pain on the sheet but was not focused. Overall first time was satisfying.

Friendly staff. Effective massage. March break promotion week cost less. Staff recommended membership and explained point system.

The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and asked very specific questions to ensure my needs were met. She was easy to speak to and listened to what I wanted her to focus on. It was one of the best massages I have had in 10 years

The receptionist is always so friendly. They go out of their way to offer water and smile and welcome people. It must be a tiring job. I appreciate it though. The massage therapist was a new one (Kim) and she was friendly and skillful. I liked the way she relieved my muscle tension and also recommended possible exercises for shoulder and neck
