All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable . Great feeling from start to finish. Would like to go back and recomend Hand and Stone.

June is a very good massage therapist and also gave me a lovely facial. My only complaints are that I don't think the customer should be left alone at all when having a facial. When waiting for mask to dry a head or hand or shoulder massage just adds to the relaxing experience. I have found that all your staff do this and I don't care for that portion only. Thank you Mary

Very kind and friendly attendant and reception staff

Sanaz was the first aesthetician I met at this branch and I have liked her from the beginning. She does a great job and recommends products sensibly; doesn't over sell or anything like that. She is very professional and excellent at her job.

It was my 4th time at the spa. The receptionist is friendly and highly efficient. My massage therapist was right there to greet me. He asked about how I was doing. I told him I had foot pain. He massage gently at the area and I did feel better afterwards. I love this place. It is closed to my home and the long opening hours make it even more convenient. And I like my massage therapist, Vitaly. He is friendly, attentive and very experience. I always feel good after his massage.

Staff was excellent . The treatments were fine. Having done many treatments over the years I am pleased at the proximity to home the cleanliness and general kindness of the staff.

Sunny was extremelt knowledgeable about esthetics and the products that were best for my skin type can't for the next appointment

Because I like the way you all treat your customers. Everyone is very friendly and polite. I have been a memember since September 2016 and I have been coming for facial every month. I am very satisfied. The only thing I would like you all to work on is to improve your website allow customers/members to log in into their profile and make purchases and appointments instead calling to book appointments
