Just great overall

When I took a subscription for a monthly massage at Hand & Stone, I did not expect that I would be so satisfied with their services. What is very important for me is cleanliness and the place looks always spotless. Most of the time I decide in the morning that I want to have a massage later on that day and so far that is always possible. The receptionist is the most friendly person ever and also the therapists are very professional and friendly. Simply, great value for money!

I got lost trying to look for the place but I was guided patiently by the male receptionist. I was late to the appointment because of that but I was promptly reassured with the staff's calm demeanor. They immediately offered me water and allowed me to settle down. My massage therapist (Nana) was great in getting me to relax and listening to my needs. She gave me a great massage. She also gave clear instructions on what I should do after my session. It was a wonderful experience. After I finished,, they were already working on the receipt I needed for insurance claim. The receptionist went into detail about their membership plans and services and addressed all my questions without pressuring me to purchase anything. That makes their service even more attractive. Once again, I was offered water on the way out and treated professionally and respectfully. It was a very relaxing and wonderful experience from the time I walked in and I would love to come back with my husband. This was at the Bayview Village location. The online booking system and confirmation of appointment added to the great experience with Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa.

Knowledgable staff

The atmosphere very welcoming. Staff were knowledge able and very friendly. The massage was very good. Therapist was able to give proper recommendation and able to answer questions. Overall, this location was great as service and staff are great! Also like the option of card providers (I. E. Visa and Amex as a former of payments).

I would genuinely prefer if the appointment times were one hour. I have been to other massage therapists where the appointments are 1 whole hour and that extra 10 minutes really makes a big difference.
