I don't like that massages are only 50 minutes. Most other massage facilities are 60 minutes for the same price. I would almost like to see a timer start when the massage actually starts. I don't think I ever get a full 50 minutes of massage at H&S

Therapist did not address my areas of concern, not enough pressure, way too much cream of which I was not asked if I wanted cream.

It was fine but didn't feel special. Didn't feel amazing at end as I sometimes have.

I’ve had more thorough and deep cleaning facials at private estheticians, those who don’t work for a company. I’ve had more massage, for example while the mask is on my face, they’ll massage my arms and hands. This facial was more about relaxation.

The therapiat was good a day experienced. I was expecting more strokes during the massage. She mostly worked on pressure points, which was good but it didn't feel like a massage because of the lack of massage strokes.

I was quite satisfied by the service and friendliness of the staff and therapist. It's just that I was expecting a foot massage too in my full body massage which didn't happen. Maybe there was some find of confusion, no worries.

More expensive than other massage places in city, $20-25 for 50 min massage. Like the availability of last min appointment times though and ease of booking appointments

Very expensive

The price after the first visit is insanely expensive. I was fortunate enough to get two massages for the initial visit price of $99, after that the receptionist on my last visit did not want to honor the rate I hate received the last two visits. She was stern and not budging in customer satisfaction. She went ahead and charged me the full rate. I asked her if she could give me the initial rate but she wouldn’t. I told her I would pay the $146 rate but would not be returning. The price was ridiculous.
