the amenities can be improved - the table was not clean

The receptionist is amazing. They always are. The massage therapist was very knowledgeable, and helpful with my problem areas, but over shared their personal opinion throughout the entire 50 minute massage. I couldn’t even tell if music was playing as the therapist talked so much.

Great massage therapist, steep prices so not sure I will go back

The service quality and value was great. The staff were very friendly at the front desk and during booking. I wish the booking staff told me about the Jan promo for massage + facial for $50. I would have done that. Nevertheless, the checkin staff told me there are new promos each month so I can take advantage of it later. I found the decor a little out of date and not too relaxing/ ambient. It would also be great to have a transition quiet room - but not a complete deterrent.

Different madsagetherapists have different ways of massaging the same ateas. I wish she had asked me if the pressure was good more often.

The room was cold and the lotion that they are using have a weird smell. Usually when I come to the other massage clinic you they use a very calming scent in their room and the product that they are using is smells good and relaxing.

Connection with therapist. Each has their own style of massage so finding who is the best fit. Also, you can hear each time the phone rings in the front massage room

First time going for a massage therapy session. Thought it could have been a lot better if the session was more personalized.
