The level of ambience, friendliness and overall great service is immeasurable. Kim is wonderful and receptionist is super helpful. I have tried others and it is not the same. So thank you! I have been coming here for the past 3 years.

The operator made a specific point of dealing with my personal needs. She was extremely careful helping me to be comfortable in the positions getting on and off the table and remembered me taking special interest in my needs.

The massage therapist was very friendly and skillful; has nice and warm personality to interact with me throughout the massage session; the only thing was that my makeup; eyeliner got smeared around my eyes; and both therapist and the receptionist did not tell me; I would appreciate if they would let me know about it. I walked outside and ppl were steering at me. Then I went to the washroom inside Bayview Village ; and I realized my makeup was messy
