I think my RMT is very good at what she does, applies an appropriate amount of pressure and is always quite communicative about the service and areas of focus

Unfortunately, my massage therapist is not returning, which is disappointing. He was fantastic.

It makes me focus on myself. I enjoy having a massage. Can't think of anything else.

I want to be clear, this feedback is for private internal review only. And this only applies to the Bayview Village location (I did not have the same experience in Thornhill). This team is AMAZING~ They are incredible, and I do not say that lightly. Chi is pure magic and simply wonderful, the best massage I have ever enjoyed (and I have had MANY over the years!). His care fixes my issues every time (and I have been in multiple car accidents throughout my life so that is not easy). The front of house team is perfect too - they are proactive, kind, friendly, efficient, I could go on. Honestly, give them all a bonus at least, they are shining stars and deserve to be recognized for their incredible talents! It's not often a team is this superb, and consistently superb every single time too!

The teraphist has lots of knowledge and it was amazing.

I did not have to wait, was very quick going in. The therapist knew what my needs was and work on the area which I had pain on my shoulders and arms. She was very professional and friendly.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. The place was immaculatly clean.

Staff and therapists are simply amazing. I always feel welcomed and acknowledged. My favorite therapist Jack just returned to the location I frequent and I am happy about it. Others are great but he truly is the best in my opinion.
