This is the second time I've to been to one of your locations and the massage therapist did a way better job than the first one. Definitely going back.

Finding the location was a challenge. Got there late felt rushed.

I was satisfied just not highly satisfied as there was nothing extraordinary about the service.

Nothing is perfect

The lighting can be improved. the after service like drink or tea can be server. The therapist is rush to finish.

Highly satisfied is for very perfect situation that rarely happen thing be very perfect

It was a good massage. Not the best I ever had. I am willing to visit the same location and try a different RMT to see if there is a better fit.

technique was not comfortable--wanted a deeper pressure, but she was using a shearing motion and pinching superficially that caused discomfort to the surface of the skin. She then found it difficult to know the right pressure to use and while she asked for feedback on the pressure was asking every few minutes. Don't think she had the strength or technique to make it a deeper pressure

The esthetician didn't seem to properly do a thorough evaluation that seemed accurate about my skin type, she recommended a treatment that I felt wasn't suitable for me at this time. When I asked about what the difference between the two types of treatments "Detox" and the "OxyGeneo™ Technology", she mentioned the major difference was in the different types of products used which seemed like a very generic answer. Had the impression that she wasn't way too familiar with the products or did not want to go into too much depth. Overall, she was a good esthetician, had great techniques for making my facial experience feel relaxed and at ease with little pain during the "blackhead/ whitehead" removal session. Overall, a fairly good experience.

I will recommend you to the friends and family. The environment was so great and clean.
