Good quality of techniques, clean space, and location of clinic. therapists was very friendly include receptionist. Reasonable prices.

Before start the massage, I and my husband needed more time to start massage, but after the RMTs went out, they just knocked the door very soon. So we had to get into bed in rush 😅

Maybe unfair but I am comparing the massage therapist skill against another recent massage at another provider who was excellent. Massage room was a bit small, therapist had limited space to move around the massage bed.

The hand towels in the restroom and the linens (sheets) used seemed to be past their prime. The towels looked dingy so I opted to use disposable paper towel instead. The sheets felt a little scratchy at first, but they did get more comfortable

I was a few minutes late because traffic was really bad with road construction. When I got there the RMT was in the bathroom, which I did not complain at all but she must have felt embarrassed and said to me "I was waiting for you". That didn't make me feel so good.

It was a regular massage therapy. The hand and stone does not offer any special services to make the visit exceptional.

I had trouble with the cradle - next time I will ask for a towel or something for padding. when I turned around, my lip was needles and pins.

Highly satisfied in general. Small confusion while booking the appt but it got instantly resolved upon my visit.

Receptionist told me they could lock in pre price hike as long as I provided credit card info earlier. Instead it did not happen and I just paid the post price hike rate.
