The membership could have better options.

Nice service and staff. The ambience/ equipment/ room looks a little date and nothing special. A facelift is needed to created a more luxurious feeling- that reflects the price we pay. 250$ for a facial should be received with a luxurious setting: heated bed, more comfortable bed,

I was highly satisfied with the service. Thank you. I regularly attend this H and S for my massages.

There is a difference in the experience level of the RMTs at different locations. Very impressed with the location on Lawrence Avenue while very much less impressed with the location at Bayview Village. In terms of the BV location: Costa was late for my appointment, came running into the clinic flailing his hands and out of breath. It was hard to relax during my massage which was ok. Sunny has very much addressed my shoulder pain and had suggested effective stretching exercises which have helped. I have seen her twice now and looking forward to my next appointment with her.

Through all the years I have been with H&S, I just feel that 50 mins include preparation time for my massage appointment eg undressing and getting settled so in essence my massage mins would be about 45 if that. Is it enough? maybe not.

The massage oil can be greasy after, even after wiping myself with the hot and moist towel.

Don’t like the up-sell to another facial.

I was happy with treatment and greeting the only thing is the front door was broken during break in and not fixed yet otherwise it was great
