Could hear therapist in adjacent room talking with their client in the last few minutes of my massage. Made it difficult to remain focused on own relaxation

My credit card had been compromised so was restarting my membership. I was told I would not be billed for the 4 months it had been suspended. Unfortunately today there are three separate charges on my card. Very disappointing

Mainly because the rmt didn’t use the aromatherapy oil that I had requested and paid for. I wish I had spoken up and asked him to get it but I thought he would have known and that maybe he would add it later on. I forgot to mention it when I checked out and only saw it on my emailed receipt when I got home that I was charged for it.

The environment and cleanness of reception area and other space are neat and makes me calm everytime I visit. But sometimes reception area is too busy and receptionist not knowing customers are waiting.

The membership progress is not very flexible. While I often visit more than once per month, I am hoping as a returning customer, I could have the membership price as I go, instead of being charged every months on a fixed date.

Nothing to suggest

The oil that used has after smell. A very delicate smell is prefered. I feel very greasy afterward and the towl is so harsh and used to clean myself.

I was very satisfied with this experience. I will return to this location and would request the same massage therapist again. Thank you!

I enjoyed my experience but my only concern was related to the Black Friday promotion that I purchased. I purchased the buy one massage get one free gift card, but I was told I could not use the purchased gift card until next year. From the promotional email there was no mention of this in the terms and conditions. The terms only stated that the free massage could only be used starting in January, but said nothing about the gift card that I purchased. I feel like I was a little misled

it was pretty good and I am satisfied enough
