The service here is amazing and despite insurance covering the cost for majority of the expense. I find Hand & Stone to be very expensive compared to other massage places. There’s a lot of places that offer similar services for $100-$110, where the hot stone here is $165.

Kim is the only competent therapist at this location. Thanks to health issues, I've been to dozens of massage appointments in my life and this location has never failed to disappoint.

Since we use our gift card and the receptionist mentioned there’s change in ownership that we had to use the gift card right away. My husband snd I bought gift card in the past. Due to covid we did not use them. Plus the gift card do not have expiry date we can use them at any tine. No one should pressure us to use them right away.
