First facial experience, did not know what to expect but the staff was knowledgeable and made me comfortable throughout the visit. Was not overly pushy about the products and packages, but did a great job explaining the various options and setting me up for the next appointment.

Want to have more understanding of the procedure. Receptionist can be more friendly and offer water, both before or after.

Difficulty breathing with mask because the face cushion is quite small

Masseuse was very thorough and helped relieve my pain. Receptionist was also very friendly welcoming, however did not initially apply the 10% March madness discount until I asked about it. Only other issue was the head rest when I was face down - It was bothering my cheekbones at a few points throughout the massage. I tried to adjust but couldn't quite get comfortable. This was the second time I experienced this at this location.

While I found my massage therapist to be very friendly and welcoming, I was dissatisfied with the massage itself. I had told the therapist my problem area was my neck and shoulders but found that she did not focus enough on it. I also found the pressure to be very light and asked her to increase pressure multiple times but still did not feel satisfied.

The only reason I did not select highly satisfied, is simply cost of service. I understand that you are charging industry and location norm, but I do feel that the hot stone massage is overpriced. It was wonderful and my RMT did a wonderful job, but I won't be returning for the hot stone massage. I'd rather a regular massage and give a $20 tip than pay $20 extra for the stones.
