I felt my massage was somewhat rushed. We started a few minutes late but somehow ended at 1:50 which was the scheduled time if we would have started on time

I would have liked a bit more extraction for the price. If no more extraction was needed or safe to do, etc. I would have liked to hear the rationale of why. Otherwise, I was definitely highly satisfied.

I was highly satisfied with my appointment. All the RMTs are extremely professional. Jack (JianPing), Fred, & Regina are knowledgeable & extremely diligent. I personally recommend all these three every time someone asks for a good RMT at this location. I also enjoy that they don’t waste time selecting/ applying oils. I come for a massage, not to be bathed in oils. So, that’s another aspect I love about these individuals, they have good time management! Also, they provide constructive criticism for next times, referencing YouTube exercises, what to do at work, if an Epson salt bath is necessary after session, etc.

Nothing in particular. It was what I expected it to be. They met my expectations. Hence satisfied with the service

The massage therapist did not ask me a single question about why I was there and what I would like to focus on. She abruptly told me to roll over onto my stomach so I was trying to tell her about the pain I was in while lying face down with a mask on. She seemed to have no interest in what specifically I came in for until I told her. Also at the end she just walked out, no follow up "tips" advice whatever you call it. She really needs to work on her communication skills with clients. The massage was fine, it did alleviate some of the pain I was in. But I will not be booking with this RMT again at H&S, sorry. I don't need a chatty massage but I do need someone who I can communicate with about my issues with neck/back pain without feeling like I'm just a body in the room.

My therapist was professional and put effort for me to have a great experience. However I would expect to spend more time on the area I complained about at the beginning of the session. Overall,I enjoyed and felt relaxed after the session.

I am not comfortable with the area and the mood of the staff.

I was satisfied with my visit. There wasn't anything wrong with it, on the contrary it was really good. Staff was friendly and welcoming, atmosphere was nice.

Location is great and the massage therapist I had was fantastic and on time. The receptionist at the time didn’t seem personable. Couldn’t accommodate my need to simply scan and email my receipt— had done this with other receptionist in the past. She just said it couldn’t be done and a physical copy can only be given. And then when I had gotten home I noticed she had spelled my name wrong on the receipt. Minor, but important when submitting to my insurance. Other than that, booking and session went smoothly.
