Hi, I liked the front staff , place and therapist. He was caring and gave me advice on how to improve my posture. However, I did not like the massage. I could not relax. I think next time, I will get appointment with female therapist. The problem could be me not necessarily therapist and his techniques

I had taken an appointment at 12.30 When I called to confirm as requested they said the appointment was not available anymore Then I took another appointment at 4.30 In the next morning somebody left me a message telling me to call them back as o got 2 appointments at the same day one at 12.30 and the other one at 4.30

The massage should be a little more elaborate. By the time the tense muscles relax the massage is over.

The points that I had accumulated expired because it was past a year of my membership. I don’t think this is fair because we are in a pandemic and I didn’t want to use my membership before I was fully vaccinated. I wanted to redeem my points and was told I have to make a new membership in order to transfer the points. I think the company should be more understanding.

Twice the receptionist called me by the wrong name. Twice she took phone call while I was talking with her. It took quite long time signing me up for a membership.
