Competent and good service. However, having had many massages this was very good although I have had some higher level of expertise and methodology.

The receptionist explain the terms and conditions of.' life style program' that is different from the website

Room was and the staff could not adjust the air conditioner

Honestly I was over all very satisfied with my visit. I really don't have anything bad to say about it. Chi was very knowledgeable and helpful with my injuries.

Been to other spas. This is ok compared to others. Nothing specific but felt a little lacking.

When we called in to book our appt, the male receptionist did not gather our information properly. He kept on asking the same question numerous times. Price point is a little higher compared to other spa's.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. I was not really looking to be overly serviced by staff but just the right amount.

Massage was good and staff was nice.

The massage was good, just didnt know what to expect for the introductory massage. The RMT did a good job overall, but I've had better RMTs in the past. Next time I will try a full body massage to see how it is

One improvement I would suggest is to use paper cups instead of foam cups as it is more environmentally friendly. Also, it would be great if there was an online reservation system and a schedule of when specific RMTs are scheduled.
