- When booking, receptionist didn't ask what service I wanted and told me this location doesn't offer this service. - Aesthetician wasn't satisfyingly meticulous, which was a huge disappointment, however she was responsive to my needs and did what I asked for. Thankfully I gained courage and told her my expectations and she did a good job leaving both of us satisfied. And this is why I will go back for the same service.

I love my massage was great but it was more expensive that other places.

I am very satisfied to be honest. The RMT (Chi) is very good. He knows exactly where to put pressure. I was relieved with my back pain.

Clean & friendly area with professional therapist

Overall, my experience at Hand and Stone was great. The only confusion was the parking at this location as it was my first visit.

The ambience of the massage room needs to be improved. It feels old

Everything about my masseuse was spectacular. She really made the experience. However, the receptionist was speaking to someone for the greater majority of my appointment, and I could hear every word through the wall, that’s how loud they were talking. The last thing I need when I’m going to relax is to hear more about how terrible COVID is at the moment. It really ruined the ambience of the appointment, because as I said before, my masseuse was spectacular. I could not relax because of how irritating it was having to listen to that conversation the whole time. Wish the music could have been louder to drown it out, or if they could be speaking in a softer tone to respect the fact that the massage room is directly attached to the reception.

While the therapist did ask about specific areas to work on, he did not spend enough time on the primary issues. Stopped a few minutes before time was up.

Parking space was limited; had to wait for 10mins until a space became available.
