I was very satisfied. It was my first facial so more detail would have been nice about which products do what. But i'd go again and ask more questions

The pre-screen questionnaire was done at the reception desk. I would prefer it done online. Your survey question was not applicable. My points accumulated were not available in the system hopefully the points are not expired like before. The massage therapist Alireza Mohammadi is very professional and highly skilled. I would recommend my friends to see him.

It was my second time at Hand & Stone, and i have booked another appointment in the upcoming weeks, so as i continue to go back I will have a higher satisfied response to the questionnaire.

The therapist would talk to me during the massage and snap me out of my trance

My appointment was at 5:30. The massage therapist went for me at 5:30pm. My massage started at 5:36. I feel I lost 6 min of my massage. I should have been in the room at 5:25 and my massage started at 5:30pm TIME IS PRECIOUS!

The ambience when you first enter felt like a store front instead of a spa.

Covid-19 form was a bit difficult to fill out. My massage therapist this time was not as good as my usual. Face rest and mask were a bit uncomfortable.

It seemed rushed at times to complete full body, 45-50 minutes is shorter than the 55-60 I get elsewhere. Seemed formulaic where others seem to modify techniques based on what they find with my body. But pressure was good and head/neck massage relaxing. And glad she did work on front of legs after I turned onto my back (some therapists ignore that or run out of time). But I get good RMT massages elsewhere for $70 & $80. Your regular price of $100 for 50 minutes is high for me.
