Not sure about my schedule for facial but made appointment fir massage therapy already for next month.

I had 2 appointments back to back. One ended and I had to get dressed to wait for the other, and ended up waiting for 30 minutes in the waiting room, with out a clear explanation of how long the wait was or why. When I asked, I was told that the person was getting the room ready, not that the appointment would happen at 2:30

I asked for a full body massage, but got only got upper body massage. For facial, the lady have tried pressing on my temples numerous times, but missed it and pressed on random areas on the side of my face.

We have been coming to this spa and everything is satisfactory the only thing is that most of the service is under 50 minutes. I watch the clock in the room from start to finish.

Online booking process. Does not auto confirm appt when available but instead someone calls which is the same as calling to book appt myself. Also the cover for part on the massage table for my face looked very old and dingy should be replaced. The reception area felt cramped for the amount of customers in the area but maybe it’s because it was the weekend.

I was highly satisfied with this location and the RMT.

- the busy ambiance when in waiting area - the confusing explanation of the packages - when in the room, you can hear the talking outside the room

Not sure if this is an unreasonable expectation. Had very painful neck soreness (couldn't turn head). Had hopes to leave the massage back to "normal" but still had pain. Does it make sense that if there is a specific left neck pain, that the appointment would focus only on the left side and once all knots are cleared - then go to the right? soreness was terrible before, and i was relieved afterwards in comparison.

Comfortable, convenient and knowledgeable

The appointment started a bit late because the person ahead of me arrived late. Upon arrival, I was asked if this was alright and I politely said "no" because I should not be inconvenienced as I was early. I also stated that the person who was late should lose time, not me. I had other appointments after so I didn't feel it was right for me to lose time. Jenn handled it perfectly though and was only a couple minutes late and was amazing. Her massages are excellent. I feel as though the office staff should not have asked me to make other arrangements and that it should be known that the person who is late should lose time, not me given I was there very early.
