When trying to pay with a Wayspa gift card I was told it was already redeemed and needed to pay out of pocket. When I called Wayspa, they said the full balance was still on the gift card. Perhaps your staff can familiarize themselves with how gift cards work. I’m frustrated by this experience which is not how I’d like to feel when leaving a massage.

Nothing specific, I've been to multiple other places that had nicer facilities. No problems just seen better. Also the noise in the room can be an issue at times in could hear traffic and others talking

The therapist was professional and courteous, I have no complaints about this area. As a regular customer I don't usually have issues. However in this instance I had issues in two areas: (1) He did not wipe the oil off my body at all. All the other therapists wipe off the oil after working on each area. I did not realize this until after he left the room so I helped myself with a hot towel and wiped my arms/legs/back off. I'm not sure if this is a standard but I feel like I don't need to remind him. (2) I told him to apply more pressure. As an older gentleman, perhaps it's because he did not have enough strength. Usually my massage therapists at this location are great and apply just enough (e.g. Qi is great). After I requested more pressure, I felt like he dug into my muscles more by "poking harder" as opposed to applying more overall pressure with his hands. I did not want more localized pressure. I rarely have this therapist so it could be his technique, but I just wanted to relax and not have to direct my therapist the whole time. It's just easier if I request someone else next time but I called for a same-day appointment so I took what was available!

I got more attention about my pains on hand stone massage ,they are kind and profitional.

The waiting area was a bit cramped so there wasn't a relaxing vibe when you just enter. The RMT gave tips on how to better my posture to avoid muscle ache - which I appreciated. However, I think it's better to give such information after I got dressed and also not within the 60 minutes of the actual massage.

I would say my visit was fine. However my initial experience with booking an appointment wasnt the best as the receptionist asked my details more than 3 times as the system was down. The the original time I requested was suddenly not available and she gave me another time. To confirm I asked to receive a confirmation email and the receptionist told me this was not common practice but agreed to send me an email anyway. I recieved quite a few emails prior to my visit which I would suggest to decrease.

He didn’t call my name so I was waiting 6 min over the name. I was actually 30 min early for the apt. Then he left for a few minutes during the massage. But the Masssage was good.

While I thought the booking experience could have been more organized overall, I was definitely satisfied with my massage and would recommend to friends.

The therapist was nice, but the massage was more shaky than anything. I had to ask to not have my head shook too much back and forth. I wanted a relaxing massage but my arms hand and feet were missed.
