Bad experience in the past with having the monthly prepaid massages and the lack/inconsistent knowledge that the staff had about redeeming packages.

My esthetician, Tamar, was wonderful. She gave a wonderful facial and was exceptionally kind and thorough. My massage was ok. I didn't feel that the areas of concern were corrected.

I expect to see more professional massage therapists and it should be more therapeutic than relaxing.

Noise of fan in the room was louder than the music that was playing, redness on my face the next day afterwards.

I can't seem to find a better word to describe why I can't give you higly satisfied mark. I enjoy my time with the Esthetician and will come back in the future for sure.Maybe by then I Will give you guys Highly satisfied mark.

Online booking is not very convenient, last two bookings have resulted in follow up emails and phone calls to verify

There always seems to be difficulty when booking an upcoming appointment. Often the appointments with Female RMT's are booked up WEEKS in advance and it is very challenging to get an appt. There always seem to be male RMT's available, but perhaps you need more female massage therapists as that seems to be what people want

Didn't like the scent of the oil and it's too noisy. You can here the phone, conversations between staff and conversations in the next room.

When estheticians tries to push dermalogica products during session, I am on alert mode instead of relaxing. I can't tell if they are trying to make a commission or actually addressing my issues.

Highly satisfied would mean perfection, and nothing really is perfect. I did feel that i was highly satisfied in many man areas of my treatment, including the receptionists before and after the massage.
