Should have robes in the room, I had to asked for one as I needed to attend the ladies room.

I think the price is a little expensive compared to other spas . Also I did introduce your spa to a lot of my friend and I did never get any credit for it .

There are still black heads on my nose which I wanted gone. Got pimples around my chin the next day?

I referred 2 family members who had massages the same day & time as mine and due to my massage starting 11minutes late they had to wait for me. However the massage therapist I believe his name is Ali did provide an extra 10min for being late with my appointment. I understand that each masseuse has their own style but Ali's style was not my preference.

Not enough female RMTs to choose from. Makes it difficult to book massage when only males are available.

Highly likely Friendly staff however treatment room and environment such as music srlection, noise and linen cleaness need to be improved

Good service ,atmosphere and price. In comparison to another RMT, good but not quite as good.

Did not massage painful area I mentioned and the pressure was good at first but became less strong

I was highly satisfied with my Facial. For my massage, it was probably my communication with the therapist. I let him know of my back issues that he worked really week on but I actually only wanted a relaxation massage.

Jen was great ... I felt that the sheets and massage bed setup can offer more comfort
