My regular scheduled therapist was not available, which I understand. I had to book with another therapist— unfortunately I did not feel that her technique suited me—I felt more stressed from the discomfort than relaxed. I did give feedback throughout the session as well to let her know to apply lighter pressure in certain areas.

It took a long time for me to book my next appointments after the end of my massage. I finished my 12 month renewal and wanted to do another 12 month renewal but it took forever for the lady to figure out how to do it. It was also frustrating because there weren’t enough people working reception.

I found it difficult to find availability with a female RMT. It took a long time to book and there weren't many available times which isn't a good feeling when you have a membership and want to book a massage.

I am used to Chi...he knows me...This time I felt I was questioned about shy I did not explain exercises recommended by my chiropractor..almost scolded

I was not highly satisfied because i had originally booked a 1 hour massage and was only given a 50 minute massage. The receptionist and therapist both apologized for this mix-up.

Great service! Awesome esthetician. But the cost is a bit too high in comparison to the other spas with the same service that is walking distance from this location

I was able to get an appointment without many days' prior notice, which speaks to the availability of staff. Ambiance of massage room was great and therapist was professional and worked on spots requested.

It gets expensive to pay $100 plus tax and tip for one massage. I’m going to need follow ups as well.
