Price is rather high; if the price was lower, I would have been more inclined to rate Highly Satisfied. Masseuse also could've been more skilled.

Please provide some lavender oil or peppermint fragment during the massage.

The booking girl was not too fluent in English. I had to repeat many times. Was getting a bit frustrated . She kept wanting my credit card.

I received two email confirmations and two text message confirmations. It is not necessary to send out that many notices

I felt my massage therapist used some unconventional techniques that made me a little uncomfortable as I was not used to them. I also felt that the reception area felt a little cluttered rather than serene.

Both of us added the extra peppermint scalp massage. On the pamphlet, it stated that the additional peppermint scalp massage for $15 would be 10 min. We thought that meant that it would extend the total massage time to 60 min from 50 min. But instead, The whole massage was still only 50 min. So the scalp massage replaced something else during the massage, yet we paid $15 more. As this wasn’t the result we were expecting, we were not highly satisfied. Clearer explanations on the pamphlet would have been helpful, so we would know what to expect.

The booking experience was not the smoothest. My initial booking changed hands of two receptionist, the latter of which did not book me in for the correct amount of time necessary to perform all the services I initially had requested for (booking me in for 1 hour slot when I asked for 50min massage+10min extra service+10min extra service). When the third receptionist called for confirmation, there had been confusion over time allotted.

Joan is very friendly and I go to her by choice. She knows what I like for my service and always does a good job. I was pleased that I was able to be accommodated time wise. It was a good visit, and I filled out the survey accordingly. Just because I did not check highly satisfied in some situations does not mean there were any negative connotations - not in the slightest.

Everything was great! However, I opted for lavender aromatherapy for an extra 10 dollars but I did not really notice the aroma during the massage.
