It doesn’t make sense to pay extra for scented oil. Massage therapist was fine but hard to communicate with/ understand.

Receptionist (when booking appointment over the phone) made incorrect assumptions about what I was trying to ask. I asked to book a longer massage in order to qualify for a larger amount of benefits coverage. But the receptionist proceeded to tell me that they cannot just write a different number on the claim form, that the insurance companies check on the validity of the claims, and that both me and the massage therapists will get in a lot of trouble for my request. I was not requesting that they write inaccurate information on the claim form, I was merely asking if there were options to get a longer massage. Did not appreciate her jumping to conclusions and giving me a lecture based on her false assumptions.

It would have been nice to not feel rushed to get out of the massage room after the treatment session. No sooner did the RMT leave someone was trying to come in while we were getting ourselves put together to flip the beds. And it was not pleasant to open the door and have 3 people standing outside waiting to get in the massage room.

Parking seems to be a problem. Had to wait for 15' to get one space freeing-up.

There was a banging noise apparently from the ventilation system. If staff was aware should have informed me prior to my appointment. Staff should have suggested I call the manager or that the manager would contact me. Therapist never asked about pressure - had to ask her for deeper pressure. Being very stressed I was looking for a relaxing experience I did not receive this. Disappointed

The biggest challenge was the amount of noise that you could hear from the front door. I was the third room in and I could hear al conversations very easily.

Time spent on legs (specifically calves and lateral/medial aspects of lower leg) was minimal compared to other 50min massages I've had at other locations. But my RMT was great and did an amazing job on my neck and back

The face "pillow" was old and ripped, felt dirty although I'm sure it wasn't. I thought I had one hour but was done in 45 mins. It was too noisy, you could hear people talking and other noise. A little difficult to relax.

As this was a couples massage I would have preferred if my diagnosis was not discussed with the other person present.

The treatment time was slightly too long and went over the time allocated. The estetitian was a bit too rough with the extractions that led to pain in the immediately area
